Expo showcasing RM5bil worth of properties
PROPERTIES worth more than RM5bil are up for sale at the three-day Penang International Property Expo 2007, which will kick off at the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA) this Friday.
The event has attracted more than 50 developers, banks and real estate agents from as far as Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.
Organised by PIP Creation Sdn Bhd, the event is supported by the State Government with the cooperation of Penevents and Raine & Horne International.
Organising committee deputy chairman Wong Mun Hoe said lucky draws would be held every two hours throughout the expo with five lucky visitors getting RM100 each during each draw.
“Visitors need to drop their calling cards and they must be present when the organiser calls out the names of the lucky winners every two hours,” he said.
