KM Properties, the real estate arm of KM Holding, has decided to participate in the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) property exhibition in Riyadh Set to take place from April 28 to May 4 2007 to enhance its expansion plans in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The realty expo that will showcase property development in Dubai will also provide KM Properties with a platform to promote its new Saudi Arabian operations. Durgham Baker, Senior Sales Manager for Brokerage will represent KM Properties, Dubai along with Khalil Al Haddad, CEO, KM Properties, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Khalil Al Haddad, CEO, KM Properties, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said, “KM Properties maintains an office in Saudi Arabia which actively promotes our properties in Dubai and the last exhibition we attended we had a very good response rate from Saudi nationals owning properties in Dubai. Only a few property developers are aggressively targeting the Saudi market and KM Properties sees this market as a huge potential source for property investment”.

KM Properties has launched its operations in Saudi Arabia earlier this year by opening branches in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah to ensure maximum accessibility for clients. The real estate firm has allocated Dh5 billion to develop 14,000 units in these major cities. The company recently launched El Matador Tower, one of the few residential developments in Dubai to feature loft apartments, terrace villas and hotel condominiums.
