Leading property developer, Sorouh Real Estate has announced an unrivaled turnout to its stand on Cityscape Asia, the international property investment and development event taking place in Suntec, Singapore from April 10-12, 2007.
Building on the outstanding success of Cityscape Dubai, and to cater to demand for real estate investments in the UAE from investors and developers in the Middle East & Asia, Cityscape Asia is hosting more than 100 exhibitors from 35 different countries.

uxury lifestyle projects at the exhibition, the most prominent of which is Shams Abu Dhabi, Sorouh’s prestigious AED 25 billion landmark development, located on Reem Island. Other models include projects on Shams Abu Dhabi, such as Central Park, offering one million square feet of open space and recreational amenities. It is being designed to offer active and passive recreation for the Shams ِAbu Dhabi community, positioning it as a daily destination for residents and visitors. Sorouh’s stand also will include the Gate District, an apt description, as this complex of six high rise towers will be a visual entry point or ‘Gateway’ to Shams Abu Dhabi.
