KAJANG: Metro Kajang Holdings Bhd is aspiring to create a tropical sanctuary that has easy access to the city with its latest project, Cheras Zen Park, launched last month.

The 9.343-acre freehold project is easily accessible to an integrated trunk road and highway network that includes the Cheras-Kajang Highway, Middle Ring Road (2) and East-West Link.

Offering 44 units of 2½-storey semi-detached houses with built-up areas of 3,258 sq ft and three bungalows, the project has a gross development value of about RM40mil. Prior to the launch, Metro Kajang had already sold 18 semi-detached units priced from RM800,000.

According to managing director Datuk Eddy Chen, the project incorporates a unique “high-end concept” that “gives residents a place to do their meditation or yoga if they want to.”

Full-height windows and glass screen allow natural light and ventilation into the units and the uppermost studio level opens out to a wide balcony.

True to its tagline of “aspiration, artistry and ambience”, the units will offer views of the city skyline and the pristine greenery of the surrounding hills.
