Two rifles discovered near Amara Resort on Sentosa

SINGAPORE: Police have seized two rifles that were found on Sentosa island on Friday afternoon.
Construction workers digging near the Amara Resort found the rusty old weapons just before 5pm.
The rifles contained no ammunition.
It is unclear if the weapons were from World War II.
Police are now conducting their own analysis to determine the age and type of weapons found. - CNA/yy
